In 2015 to 2016 WECA with the support from Warrington Borough Council and Warrington Voluntary Action commenced a research and development project. Fatima, the project’s Research and Development Officer, supported the infrastructure development of WECA, helped shaped organisational engagement and operational strategies.

WECA has newly appointed a Support and Engagement Officer to assist WECA to continue to work in partnership with Warrington services; and to carry on growing as an active voice and support network for cultural and faith groups.

​

WECA will also continue to be a bridge between local communities and public and third sector bodies to help improve the dialogue between communities and services. It will also continue to feed in and out information from communities and key stakeholders.
